High Head at Low Flow
A single-stage pitot tube pump gives high head for small flows—an option for industrial transfer and membrane feed.
Water Treatment & Industrial RO
The flow and pressure your water process needs. EHIK supplies low-flow, high-head pitot tube pumps and integrated packages, each matched to the water quality, inlet conditions and the transfer or RO feed duty.

A single-stage pitot tube pump gives high head for small flows—an option for industrial transfer and membrane feed.
The rotating design gives a continuous flow for transfer and process feed. EHIK matches the pump curve and drive to the treatment system's operating point and control range.
EHIK puts the pump, materials, seal and drive into one proposal. A skid can also include pipework, valves, instruments and controls.
Wastewater Retrofit / Qingzhou Boao
EHIK replaced multistage centrifugal pumps for wastewater duty at Qingzhou Boao in Shandong, China.

At Qingzhou Boao, EHIK pumps replaced multistage centrifugal pumps in wastewater service. The photos show the EHIK pump and drive, the equipment next to it and the connections in the existing plant.
A new water-transfer installation is planned the same way: select for the real liquid and duty, then plan the footprint, connection positions and access. For a retrofit, EHIK also reviews the equipment and pipework that will stay. Custom flanges can match your existing piping.
This project is wastewater service. The RO section below is a different membrane-feed duty, with its own water-quality and pressure needs.
Contact EHIKDefine the Duty
Industrial transfer, wastewater and membrane feed have different liquids and operating needs. EHIK selects the pump for the job the water does in your process.
Send water to a process or raise pressure for the next step. EHIK matches the pump, drive and connections to the source, the pressure at the destination and the daily operating pattern.
We also check temperature, dissolved chemicals and suspended matter.
Wastewater is different in every process. Particle size and amount, corrosive substances, gas and temperature decide the pump materials, seal and wear-resistant options.
The Qingzhou installation above is a real wastewater project.
Feed the membrane stage with the flow and pressure the RO-system designer specifies. EHIK checks the pump against that duty, the pretreated water and the expected operating range.
The pump feed flow is not the same as the purified-water output. We need both.
EHIK helps plan the replacement of an existing pump, based on the operating problem and the water duty. We check the proposal against the process, inlet pressure and existing connections. Custom flanges can match your existing piping.
Contact EHIKThe RO Pumping Task
Reverse osmosis uses pressure to push water through a membrane. The pump gives the pressure; the membrane separates the water.
Water quality and inlet supply
Required feed flow and pressure
PermeateProduct-water stream
ConcentrateRetained-salt stream
The RO designer's feed flow and pressure define this duty. EHIK matches the pump to them, including suction conditions and piping losses.
With energy recovery, the main high-pressure pump and any booster pump do different jobs. Each pump is selected for its own flow and operating point.
Simplified RO process. The final flow arrangement and pump duties follow your treatment-system design.
Selection That Fits the Process
EHIK's proposal covers the pump curve, materials and inlet needs for your real operating range.
We select for the normal duty and the expected minimum-to-maximum range. For RO, we also consider the membrane-feed need, the control range and changes in demand, water temperature and salinity.
The water analysis decides the materials and seal. We review temperature, pH, chlorides, particles and chemicals—and cleaning liquids, if they pass through the pump.
For the NPSH check, we review the inlet supply, minimum tank level or feed pressure and suction pipework. We also need the running hours, start/stop sequence and any duty/standby pumps.

Start with the information you have. EHIK helps turn it into a pump selection and a clear proposal. We reply within 1 business day.
Contact EHIKNo. The pump is selected on the membrane-feed flow, which is different from the permeate output. EHIK can help define the pump duty in your RO system.
No. EHIK supplies the pump or an integrated pump package. Pretreatment, membranes, energy recovery and other treatment equipment come from your system integrator.
Salt and chloride levels, temperature and water chemistry decide the material. EHIK matches the materials and seal to the service—choosing a stainless-steel grade is not enough on its own.
Yes. Contact EHIK to discuss a replacement. We help find the cause of the problem, match the pump to the water duty and check the fit with the existing connections. Custom flanges can match your existing piping.
No. Contact EHIK directly. If you know the liquid properties, flow or pressure, please include them—you do not need all the details to start. EHIK provides selection, curves, outline drawings and technical support.
