Yunwei Feihu
EHIK replaced belt-connected feedstock-oil pumping equipment on production lines 1 and 2. The pump and motor sit on a common base, connected to the plant's existing feedstock-oil pipework.
For a new line, EHIK plans the pump, drive, connections and base size before manufacture.

Longxing Chemical

Contact EHIK for help with a new line or a pump replacement. If you know the liquid properties, flow or pressure, please include them. You do not need a complete specification.
Can EHIK supply pumps for coal tar and feedstock oil?
Yes. EHIK has supplied pumps for both feedstock oil and coal tar. Contact EHIK for help selecting the pump, materials and drive for your liquid and production duty.
Does the pump selection include cold startup?
Yes. Cold startup and normal operation are considered together. Oil heating, the lowest operating temperature, and warming or flushing procedures affect viscosity, the drive and the inlet-side mechanical seal.
What if the liquid contains particles?
Particle size, concentration and hardness affect wear. EHIK reviews the liquid path, materials and wear-resistant pickup tubes together.
Can flow be adjusted as production changes?
Yes. Variable-speed control can be included. EHIK selects the pump curve, motor and controls together for your production range, including running away from the rated point.
Can you replace an existing belt-driven or multistage pump?
Yes. EHIK's field records include multistage pump replacement at Naisiter and belt-connected equipment replacement at Yunwei Feihu and Longxing. Contact EHIK to review a replacement. Custom flanges can match your existing piping.
Do you supply pumps for dry carbon-black powder?
This page is about liquids: feedstock oil, coal tar, liquid additives and water. It does not cover dry-powder conveying. EHIK can help with the liquid circuits in your process.
