Produced Water
Pump gas-field and oilfield water at the flow and pressure the receiving system needs. Gas, sand, salts and corrosive substances decide the materials, wear protection and inlet arrangement.

Contaminated Oil
Sediment, polymers and changing liquid properties can make oil transfer difficult. The pump is matched to the liquid composition, temperature, inlet conditions and how it runs.

Remote Installations

The Hotan desert project uses an enclosed package. After three years of successful operation, the customer ordered again.
Field Services
A dedicated pump skid gives the flow and pressure for well cleaning. We define the water temperature, cleaning work and site connections as part of the package.
At Longhupao Oilfield, when there were not enough well-cleaning trucks, our project records show hot-water cleaning of more than 100 wells.

An enclosed pumping package for PetroChina's desert project in the Hotan area of Xinjiang.
PetroChina ordered one EHIK pump skid in 2022 for a desert project in the Hotan area of Tarim Oilfield.
After three years of successful operation, PetroChina ordered two more unattended pump skids in 2025.
The enclosed package holds the pumping equipment and supporting systems for a remote site. It shows how the pump and its operating environment can be planned as one package.

Different Problems / Different Duties
Our project records include both permanent liquid-transfer installations and equipment for field-service work.
Oil with sediment and polymers made the old transfer equipment hard to run. An EHIK pump was installed for this transfer. Our project records show stable operation after installation.
For a similar liquid, start with its composition, solids and viscosity, then review wear-resistant options, materials and the inlet arrangement.
When there were not enough well-cleaning trucks at Longhupao Oilfield in Daqing, a pump skid did the work instead. Our project records show more than 100 wells cleaned between October and December 2010.
Compared with the usual hot-washing method, the project records show 30 litres less fuel per well and two fewer workers—a driver and a pump operator.

Pump selection and site layout should be discussed together. EHIK can supply a complete pump set or a skid with the supporting equipment your project needs.
Flow, pressure, liquid temperature and inlet conditions define the duty. H₂S, CO₂, chlorides, salts, sand and gas content influence materials, wear protection and the inlet arrangement.
Tank-level signals, automatic start/stop and the production range decide the control setup. Variable-speed control adjusts the pumping rate to changing demand.
Choose an open-frame or enclosed arrangement. Agree the power supply, control signals, piping interfaces, instrumentation and equipment access before manufacture.
EHIK skid packages need no dedicated concrete foundation or anchor-bolt fixing. Position the skid, connect the specified pipework and power, and start pumping.
Maintenance-free packages and automatic level-based controls let remote sites run without an operator.
The integrated package can be relocated as a unit and reused as site requirements change.
Existing-Equipment Upgrade / Kong 6 Well
In 2015, EHIK replaced the multistage pump at Kong 6 Well in PetroChina's Shunan Gas Mine. Our project records show stable operation and fewer repairs after the replacement.
Meter readings on site showed 39.5% less electricity per 10,000 m³ of gas-field water at Kong 6.

A pump set brings together the pump and drive on a baseplate. A skid can also include vessels, pipework, valves, instruments and controls. EHIK helps define the supply scope and how the equipment connects to the site.
Liquid composition, temperature, gas content, and particle size and concentration affect the configuration. EHIK chooses materials, wear-resistant options, seal support and the inlet arrangement for these conditions. Gas–liquid separation can be part of the package if needed.
Yes. EHIK supplies maintenance-free, unattended packages with automatic level-based control. The package is designed around your signals, operating sequence, power supply and site environment. The Tarim reference includes two more unattended skids ordered in 2025.
No. EHIK's integrated skids need no dedicated concrete foundation or anchor bolts. Agree the location and site connections, put the package in place, and connect the pipework and power.
The gas–liquid package separates gas and liquid in the vessel and joins them again after the pump. The pump handles only the liquid while the system manages the gas, which helps reduce emissions. EHIK reviews the gas and liquid conditions when configuring this arrangement.
Not necessarily. The 39.5% figure is from that project. A fair comparison uses measured power, volume pumped, running hours and maintenance at the same duty. Contact EHIK to assess a replacement for your site.
