Is a pickup tube the same as a rotor assembly?
No. The pickup tube stays still inside the rotating casing and sends liquid to the discharge. The rotor assembly is the rotating part. Ordering one does not include the other.
Can I request a component without ordering a complete pump?
Yes. EHIK supplies pickup tubes and rotor assemblies as parts. Contact EHIK for help identifying the right component and confirming availability. A complete pump with motor and baseplate is a separate order.
What if the old part has no readable number?
Contact EHIK and we will help identify it. We check the shape of the part and its mounting end with you. If you have a photo of the old part, you can send it by WhatsApp or email.
Can EHIK help when a pickup tube wears through?
Yes. Contact EHIK to discuss the replacement and wear-resistant options together. Where it wore, the solids, the liquid temperature and the running time help us choose the right protection.
Are seals, bearings and the coupling included with a rotor assembly?
The quotation lists exactly what is included. We confirm any seals, bearings, coupling or other items with you before you order.
Can EHIK review parts for another manufacturer's pump?
Yes. Contact EHIK and we will help match the part and check how it fits your pump and application. EHIK is an independent manufacturer. Any replacement we offer is an EHIK part, not an original-brand part.
