EHIK pump skids in operation at PetroChina Tarim Oilfield
In November 2025, EHIK enclosed pitot tube pump skids were installed and put into operation for PetroChina Tarim Oilfield in Xinjiang, China. The skids are part of a natural gas utilization project. They handle sour gas field water.

What is in the skid
- Complete enclosed skid
- The package is a complete enclosed, container-type skid.
- 316L stainless steel
- Wetted parts are 316L stainless steel, chosen for the sour (H₂S) water.
- Long running time
- The pump runs for long periods without routine maintenance. This suits unattended desert sites.
- Remote monitoring
- A data acquisition module on the skid sends operating data remotely, so the operator can monitor the unit from a distance.
- Installation and commissioning
- EHIK installed the equipment inside the skid and assisted with commissioning on site.
Repeat order
Ordered again after three years
The first EHIK skid for this customer was ordered in 2022 and ran well for three years. In 2025, PetroChina ordered 2 more unattended pump skids. This repeat order is now installed and in operation.
