Establish the Water Duty
Flow, pressure, water composition, temperature and inlet conditions define the water duty. Gas, particles and changes in operation also affect the choice.
Recorded outcome
39.5%In 2015, EHIK replaced the old multistage centrifugal pump at Kong 6 Well in PetroChina's Zigong Operating Area. Our project records show stable operation and fewer repairs after the change.
The energy result comes from meter readings on site during normal operation. It compares electricity use for the same volume of gas-field water—not just the two motor ratings.

A useful comparison for your site
A good replacement starts with what the system really needs and how much power the old pump uses.
Flow, pressure, water composition, temperature and inlet conditions define the water duty. Gas, particles and changes in operation also affect the choice.
Measure electricity use and pumped volume over a typical period. A fair comparison keeps changes in running hours or volume separate from changes in pump performance.
EHIK reviews the duty and connections with you, then proposes a pump that fits your system. Custom flanges can match your existing piping.
